LEAD COACH
ATDAX_XI Football Performance Academy is led by an FA-qualified and FA-registered coach with a strong academic and practical foundation in football and sport.
The lead coach holds FA Level 1 – Introduction to Coaching Football, EE Playmaker by England Football, Safeguarding Children in Football, and Introduction to First Aid in Football, ensuring all activity is delivered safely, responsibly, and in line with FA standards.
In addition to FA qualifications, the coach has completed Pearson BTEC Level 3 qualifications in Sport and Business, awarded through Lea Valley Academy, demonstrating a well-rounded understanding of performance, organisation, and professional delivery within sport.
This blend of academic study and FA-recognised training allows ATDAX_XI to operate with structure, integrity, and professionalism, creating a disciplined football environment that prioritises safety, respect, and competitive standards.
