ATDAX_XI Football Performance Academy

By booking, attending, or participating in any ATDAX_XI Football Performance Academy activity, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. About Us

ATDAX_XI Football Performance Academy is a CIC-led football performance organisation operating across Waltham Cross and selected venues.

2. Participation

  • All participants take part voluntarily and at their own risk

  • Football and physical activity carry inherent risk of injury

  • Participants must be medically fit to take part

  • ATDAX_XI is not responsible for injuries sustained during normal football activity, except where required by law

3. Age Requirements

  • Age requirements are stated per session or event

  • 1v1 Football Challenge events are strictly 18+

  • Proof of age may be requested

  • Under-18 participation requires parent or guardian consent where applicable

4. No Guarantees

  • Participation does not guarantee:

    • Selection

    • Team placement

    • Progression

    • Professional or semi-professional opportunities

  • Any invitations or opportunities are performance-based and discretionary

5. Conduct & Behaviour

Participants are expected to:

  • Act respectfully toward staff and other participants

  • Follow event rules and organiser instructions

  • Avoid dangerous or aggressive behaviour

ATDAX_XI reserves the right to:

  • Remove participants for unsafe or inappropriate behaviour

  • Refuse future participation if standards are not met
    No refunds will be issued in such cases.

6. Bookings & Payments

  • All bookings are subject to availability

  • Payment terms are stated at the time of booking

  • Prices may change without notice for future sessions

  • Bookings are non-transferable unless agreed in advance

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Missed sessions or late arrivals are non-refundable

  • Sessions cancelled by ATDAX_XI will be:

    • Rescheduled, or

    • Refunded where appropriate

  • Weather-affected outdoor sessions may be rescheduled

8. Events & Competitions

  • Event formats, rules, and schedules may change

  • Decisions made by organisers on the day are final

  • Prize details (including cash prizes) will be confirmed separately where applicable

9. Photography & Media

  • Photos and videos may be taken during sessions or events

  • Content may be used for promotional or marketing purposes

  • If you do not wish to appear in media, please notify staff in advance

10. Personal Belongings

  • Participants are responsible for their own belongings

  • ATDAX_XI accepts no liability for lost, stolen, or damaged items

11. Data Protection

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Data is used only for operational, safety, and communication purposes.

12. Changes to These Terms

ATDAX_XI reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
